Bon Appétit!

A friend said she felt i was constantly talking about “hot chocolate”. This makes me laugh. Maybe i am.. Anyway, i found a way to make some at work with my lonely kettle and cup, yay!  I’m pretty good at making it, and i like it strong in chocolate, light in milk (i preferably use vegetable milk or cow milk with water), and preferably spicy with a pinch cinnamon and black pepper, leaning on the chaï border. And slightly creamy.

OK, i know, she’s right.
